Hunter, G-lenn Prosser. Also Present: Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Verne H. Fanton, Secretary. Absent: C.A. Law. Minutes of the regular meeting held on October 15, read and approved. Charles Herzog moved that the proposal be considered 2nd meeting in November. C.M. Hiinter seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. The Secretary reported that Her. There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was regularly moved,^seconded1and carried that the meeting adjourn. Meeting held in the Town Hall, on the 22nd day of October, 1957, 7:30 P.M. Present* G.H. Gillan, Chairman, Val Benard, Ronald Brodie, Donald Griffith, Charles Herzog, Charles Hix, C.K. Hunter, Glenn Prosser. Also Present: Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Verne H. Fanton, Secretary. Abs ent:C.A. Law, J.O. Mall. Mr. Trafton Bean discussed with the Commission, plans to adopt zoning standards for District No. 3, in the near future. Mr. Bean stated that he would prepar a zoning map, to the beet of his ability, dlspJ^y thf4.SaSd COntS«J^-?nnS ty ov.Tiers of the area for their suggestions, and then with the corrections, attempt to present a zoning Ordinance in final fonn. Mr. Bean presented, read and discussed a compiled report together with suggested future plans for utility services in the area. The plan dealt with water supply, water distribution, water extension policy, sanitary sewers, disposal plant, and electric service. The Commission agreed to further consider the plan at the next meeting. There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
