Glenn Prosser moved that notice be puhl givinF notice that a hearing will be held on the request meeting. Ronald Brodie seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. Glllan, Chairman, Ronald C* Brodle, Charles Herzog, Charles Hlx, C.M. Himter, C.A* Law, J.O. Mall, Glenn Prosser, Donald Griffith. Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary, John Morris, Planning Consultant. Absent; None. Minutes of the regular meeting held on May 21st, read and approved. The application for a building permit, submitted by R.D. Taylor, vras re­ viewed. Mr. E.M. Shldeler of the highway # 3^^ advisory committee re- commended approval of the permit. Donald Griffith moved that the applicatlo be approved. C.M* Hunter seconded the motion* Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. The Secretary read a letter from the Bear Lake Road Association and a letter from the highway # 262 advisory committee, protesting the erection of a large bill-board type sign, at Beavor Point, apparentity without a permit. Following discussion, Glenn Prosser moved that the County building inspector be informed of the action, and that the proper County authorities take action at once to enforce the existing regulations requiring a permit for the commercia.1 use of the land. Donald Griffith seconded the motion* Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. Mr* John Morris presented certified information to the effecu that deed restrictions should not appear on the face of a subdivision plat to be recroded. Charles Hix moved that Donald Griffith re-submit the plats of Larimer Terminals and First Addition to Charles Heights to the County Planning Commission for approval, with the information that in the opinion of this Commission, the plats are in order. C.A. Law seconaed the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting adjourned. Chairman Attest:
