Hix, Chairman, G.H. Gillan, Glenn Prosser, C.A. Law, Ronald 6. Brodie* Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary, Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Paul Van Horn, Town Engineer. Absent: E.R. Smith and Charles Herzog* Minutes of the regular meeting held on June 19th read and approved as read* In accordance with the Public Notice published, the Commission proceeded to consider the proposal to re-zone the Quasebarth Re-Subdivision from the existing C-2 Restricted Commercial District to C-L Commercial District* Nine persons appeared for the hearing* Mr. Trafton Bean reviewed the circumstances prompting the re-zoninsr proposal* Mrs* Bill Watson and Mr* Ivan Thomas spoke in favor of the change in zoning* Mr. Andy Taylor stated he did not object Mr. and Mrs. Russell Millett, Mr* Carl Lawrence and Mr. J°%Sc^®5:ian moved that the proposal** Following a discussion by the Commission, G.H.
