Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the
Toto of Estes Park, Colorado, held in the Town Hall on the 23rd
day of June, 1948 at 3 o’clock P.M.
Present: Claude A. Davis, Chairman, C. Warren Chapman, Chas. F.
Kix, and Bert J. McConnell.
Absent: Forrest Williamson.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on June 9th, read and approved
as read.
Mr. R. Lowell Slack appeared before the Board, to be heard regarding
the proposed zoning of Bonnie Brae Addition. Mr. Slack informed the
Board that it v;as his opinion that the Bonnie Brae Addition should
be zoned as a commercial district rather than the residence district
that the Board of Adjustment proposed. After a detail hearing and
discussion, Mr. Slack was informed that the Board would consider his
objections.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting
adjourned.
