Town of Estes Park, Colorado, hfeid in the Town Hall on the 9th day
of June, 19^+8, at 3 o'clock P.M.
Present: Claude A. Davis, Chairman, C.V/arren Chapman, Chas. F. Hlx,
Forrest Williamson.
Absent: Bert J. McConnell.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on the 12th day of May, 19i^8, read
and approved as read.
The Secretary presented the proposed amendement to Ordinance No. 115,
including a portion of Little Prospect Mountain Addition, Manfoi’d
Addition, a portion of V/hlte Meadow View Addition, and Bonnie Brae,
within the zoned aread of the Town. The amendement was then read
in full and discussed by the Board, and being in order, C. V/arren
Chapman moved that the amendment be presented to the Town Board vrith
the recommendation that it be passed according to law. Chas. F. Hix
seconded the motion. Upon roll call said notion unanimously carried.
It being the policy of the Board of Adjustment to eventually include
all of the corporate limits within zoned districts, the Secretary was
instructed to stai’t a preliminary study of the present lend use of
the A1 Fresco and Mount View Park subdivisions.
