Minutes of a Regular meeting of the ESTES PARK URBAN RENEWAL
AUTHORITY of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado.
Meeting held at Rocky Mountain Nature Association Conference Center
on the 15th day of February, 2006.

Vice-Chairman Swank called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. He welcomed all in
attendance and everyone introduced themselves.
MINUTES.
The minutes of the regular meeting held December 21.2005 were approved.
COMMUNITY COMMENT_S.
None.
COMMISSIONER COMMENTS.Chairman Steige requested Dir. Smith read the ode that he wrote in memory of Al
Wasson.
STAFF report/projects.
Execuhve g|l^®^t°rpSo^®(^Tparking study has been conducted and the final report will
be available online.
STATUS REPORT, MARKETING OF UNIT E AT RIVERSPOINTE DOWNTOWN - Eric
Blackhurst updated the authority on the status of Unit E at R'versP0'nte nt° p"rty is
reported inquiries on the property have increased over the last month The property
listed in five databases. The potential for dividing the properties into four units was
discussed. The authority recommended pursuing all possible interests.
RESOLUTION #371 - DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC POSTING PLACE. ^ ^
the Administrative Offices as the area for posting notices of meetings °^EPUR^c'* ^a.s
m^ed arid seconded (Ericson/Little) Resolution #371 be approved as presented,
and it passed unanimously.

E^srseconded he motion, and as there were no other nominations. Vice Chairman

Swank Abstaining.
Commissioner Repola nominated Commissioner Steige for Vice Chairman.
Commissioner Little seconded the motion, and as there were no other nominations.
Vice-Chairman Swank declared the nominations closed. The motion passed 5/0, with
Commissioner Steige Abstaining.
Whereupon Chairman Swank adjourned the regular meeting to the Goal Setting Retreat
at 9:27 a.m.
The next regular meeting will be March 15, 2006.
