Survey - A Portion of Lot 2, West Park Subdivision - Director Anderson_read Resolution No. 127 (EPURA Accepting a Proposal and Authorizing a Notice to Proceed with Estes Park Surveyors & Engineers for Survey Work on a Portion of Block 2, West Park Subdivision) at a not-to-exceed cost of $1,500.00. Although Estes Park Surveyors was not the low bidder, their ability to complete the work earlier was considered. It was moved and seconded (Ericson-Pauley) Resolution No. 127 be adopted, pending a letter agreement signed by Mr. Molander as per his earlier discussions with the Town, stating his intent to donate a portion of Block 2, West Park Subdivision, to the EPURA. Motion carried. Ap.p.raisal - A Portion of Lot 2, West Park Subdivision - Director Anderson read Resolution No. 128 (EPURA Accepting a Proposal and Authorizing a Notice to Proceed with an Appraisal of a Portion of Block 2, West Park Subdivision) at a not-to-exceed cost of $200.00, whereupon it was moved and seconded (Pauley-Godbolt) Resolution No. 128 be adopted, pending a letter agreement signed by Mr. Molander as per his earlier discussions with the Town, stating his intent to donate a portion of Block 2, West Park Subdivision, to the EPURA. Motion carried.
