Chairman Phares called the special meeting to order for the purpose
of adopting a resolution approving a Cooperation Agreement with the
Town of Estes Park.
Director Anderson read Resolution No. 104 (EPURA Approving a
Cooperation Agreement with the Town of Estes Park) whereupon it was
moved and seconded (Pohl-Pauley) that Resolution No. 104 be adopted.
Motion carried.
There being no further business. Chairman Phares adjourned the
meeting.
