Chairman Phares called the meeting to order for the purpose of
adopting a resolution to enter into negotiations with a contractor
for river corridor construction.
Director Anderson stated that the Commissioners and Staff had
interviewed all three firms who responded to the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ).
Following discussion regarding each firm's qualifications and
interview, it was moved and seconded (Pauley-Ericson) that
Resolution No. 81 (A RESOLUTION OF THE ESTES PARK URBAN RENEWAL
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH
R. C. HEATH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO FOR RIVER
CORRIDOR CONSTRUCTION) be adopted. Motion carried. Resolution
adopted.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
