The meeting was called for the purpose of contract negotiations
between EPURA and R. C. Heath Construction Company of Ft. Collins
After lengthy discussion, it was moved and seconded (Ericson-Pohl)
that Resolution No. 28 (EPURA Approving an Agreement Between the
Heath Construction Co. for the Streetscape
