RESOLUTION OF GOVERNING BODY OF APPLICANT
Resolution No.1969 -33 Project No.WS-Colo-90
Resolution authorizing filing of application with the Department of
Housing and Urban Development,United States of America,for a grant
under F.L.89.-liT.
WHEREAS,pursuant to P.L.89-117 the United States of America has authorized
the making of grants to public bodies to aid in financing the construction
of basic water and sewer projects:
Now Therefore,Be It Resolved by The Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado
1.That Dale G.Hill,Town Administrator and Clerk,be and he is
hereby authorized to execute and file an application on behalf
of The Town of Estes Park with the Department of Housing and
Urban Development,United States Government,for a grant to aid
in financing the construction of complete water treatment plants
for Town’s presently unfiltered surface sources and treated water
pipe line,and an assurance of compliance with the Department of
Housing and Urban Development regulations under Title VI of the
Civil Rights Act of 1964.
2.That Dale G.Hill,Town Administrator and Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such information as the Depart
ment of Housing and Urban Development may reasonably request in
connection with the application which is herein authorized to be
filed.
CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER
The undersigned duly qualified and acting Town Administrator and Clerk
of the Town of Estes Park does hereby certify:that the attached resolu
tion,authorizing the filing of application with the Department of Housing
and Urban Development,as regularly adopted at a legally convened meeting
of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado duly held
on the 8th day of December,1969;and further that such resolution has
been fully recorded in the journal of proceedings and records in my office.
