HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION 70-21RESOLUTION70-21ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGWINSLOWMINORSUBDIVISION,TOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOWHEREAS,anapplicationforaMinorSubdivisionPreliminaryPlatandFinalPlat(frontagelotclassification)wasfiledbyCornerstoneEngineeringandSurveying,Inc.onbehalfofElaineandRobertWinslow(applicant/owner);andWHEREAS,theMinorSubdivisionwouldcreatetwonewlots,Lot1andLot2,bothofWinslowMinorSubdivision,of1.00and1.49acresinsize,respectively;andWHEREAS,apublichearingwasheldbeforetheEstesParkPlanningCommission(EPPC)onAugust17,2021,attheconclusionofwhichtheEPPCvotedtorecommendapprovaloftheMinorSubdivisionPreliminaryPlatwithoutanyimposedconditions;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteeshasreviewedandtakenadministrativenoticeoftherecommendationoftheEPPCandthetestimony,application,evidence,documentssubmittedatthehearing;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesfindstheapplicantshavecompliedwiththeapplicablereuirementsoftheEPDC.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThePreliminaryPlatandtheFinalFlatoftheWinslowMinorSubdivisionareherebyapproved,withthefollowingconditionsofapproval:1.ThecertificationofdedicationshallberemovedfromthePreliminaryPlat,inamanneracceptabletotheCommunityDevelopmentDirector;and2.Within60daysfromthedateoftheBoard’sapprovaloftheFinalPlat,thedevelopershallsubmitthefinalsubdivisionplattotheTownforrecording.IftheFinalPlatisnotsubmittedforrecordingwithinthis60-daytimeperiod,theapprovalshallautomaticallylapseandbenullandvoid.
