held in the Town Hall on the 26th day of April, 1967 at 3:00 P.M.

Present: Harry Miles, Chairmanj Dale Hill, R.C, Brodie, Carl S^janson, Chas,
Hix, Verne H. Fanton, Secretary,
Absent: Howard Stewart.
This meeting called for the express purpose of considering a proposal to annex
the Stanley Hotel property to The Town of Estes Park,
Dr, Morris Albertson representing the ownership of the Stanley Hotel Property,
together with Mr. Robert Barrell, consluting engineer, appeared and presented
a plat of the property and requested that the entire area oraed by Stanley
Properties Inc, be included within the corporate limits of T!he Town of Estes Park,
The Commission reviewed the plat and boundaries in detail, whereupon Carl Sw^son
moved that this Commission recommend to the Town Board that the entire property
be annexed. Chas, Hix seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously
carried.
There being no fvirther business, the meeting adjourned.
