Minutes of a s special meeting of the Estes Park Regional Planning
Commission, held at the Town Hall on November 2?th, 1962, at 3:00 P.M.
Present: Harry Miles, Chairman, Val Bernard, Joe Connelly, Chas. Hix,
C.M. Hunter, J.O. Mall*
Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary, iTrafton Bean, Larimer CountyPlanning Consultant.
Absent: R.C. Brodie, Louis Canaly, Carl Swanson.
This meeting called for the purpose of further reviewing the proposed
Comprehensive Zoning Resolution. The Commission further discussed
Proposed R Residential District as shown on page 7 of the proposed
