ORDINANCE NO.2-05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE ESTES VALLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE
TO REZONE PORTIONS OF MARYS LAKE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS,the Estes Valley Planning Commission has recommended rezoning
Lots 5,7 and 8 from A-I Accommodations/Low-Intensity to E-Estate;and Outlot C from
A-i Accommodations/Low-Intensity to A-Accommodations/Highway Corridor;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park has determined
that it is in the best interest of the Town that the recommended zoning change be
granted.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1:The zoning for Lots 5,7 and 8 shall be changed from A-i
Accommodations/Low-Intensity to E-Estate;and Outlot C shall be changed from A-i
Accommodations/Low-Intensity to A-Accommodations/Highway Corridor.
Section 2:This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days after
its adoption and publication.
