Present:Chairman, Harry Miles, Louis Canaly, Chas. Hlx, N»T* Petroolne, Val Bernard, Clarence G-illett, J»0« Mall, Howard Stewart, James Bissell. Secretary, Verne H. Fanton. Planning Consultant, Trafton Bean. Absent: R.G. Brodie, L«F. Flower. Minutes of the regular meeting held on February l6, and the Special meeting held on March 2, read and approved as read. Carriage Hills, 2nd Filing Mr. E.L. Padon, Registered Engineer, appear! before the Commission and presented a plat entitled "Carriage Hills, Second Filing and asked that it be given final approval. Following discussion, James Bissell moved that the plat be given final approval. Clms. Hlx seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting Yes, Hix, Petroolne, Benard, Ulllett, Mall, Stewart, Bissell. Those voting "No" Canaly. Sub^ Division Resolution The Committee of Clarence G-illett and James Bissell submitted their written report and recommendations regarding the proposed Sub-Division Regulations for Larimer County. The Commission Reviewed the report together with the proposed regulations. After adltlonal recommendations were made by the Commission, Clarence Glllett moved that the regulation, with recommendations, be approved and forwarded to the Larimer County Planning Commission. Val Bernard seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. Sign Amendment The Secretary presented a proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution submitted by the County Attorney, regarding signs. Chairman Miles appointed a Committee of G-lllett, Bissell and Petroolne, to study the proposal and report at the next meeting. Trafton Bean I At the invitation of the Commission, Trafton Bean appeared and discussed the possibility of additional land use study, possible Federal Aid, and up-dateing the present Ordinance, for the Town of Estes Park and fringe area. Mr. Bean agreed to make certain recommendations in letter form. The Commission instructed the Secretary to Invite Mr. Bill Wyatt, Assisstant County Attorney to attend the next meeting. Town of E.P. $fe«3UEXfeK±Hg Runz.Mr. Frank Runz appeared before the Commission and ask requlrraents regarding zoning and streets for a proposed small subdivision vrlthin the Town. The Commission stated that the area should remain in the present R-2 Zone District and that the street within the subdivision will be defined as a " local street".
