Minutes of a regular meeting of The Estes Park Regional Planning Commission,
held in The Town Hall on January 19, 1965, at i^';00 P.M.
PRESENT; Carl Swanson, Vice Chairman, R.C. Brodle, Chas. F Hlx, N.T» Petrocine,
Val Bernard, Clarence G-lllett, Howard Stevrart.
ABSENT; Harry Miles, Louis Canaiy, L»F. Flower, J.O. Mall«
Minutes of the regular meeting held on December 15, 1964, read and approved.
Chalet
Hill
Sub.
Mr. Eugene L» Padon, Consulting Engineer, appeared before the
Commission and presented a subdivision plat consisting of about 60
acres, designated as "Chalet Hill Subdivision", located in Sec. 1,
Twn. 4 N. R. 73 W. of 6th ?.M. and oimed. by Fish Creek Park, Inc-
After reviewing the plat and it appearing to be in order, Chas. Hix
moved that it be given Preliminary Approval. Howard Stexmrt seconded
the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
Lazy B
Ranch
Clarence G-illett moved that the Secretary incite a letter to Larimer
County, asking what action the County contemplated taking regarding
the operations of the Lazy B Ranch. N.T. Petrocine seconded the
motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business, it was moved, seconded and carried
that the meeting adjourn.
