Minutes of a regular meeting of The Estes Park Regional Planning Commission,
held in the Town Hall, on December 15, 1964 at 4;00 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting held on November 17, read and
approved as read.
Mr. Robert Appleby appeared before the Commission and submitted
a subdivision plat, prepared by R.P. Harris and Associates of
Golden, Colo, end entitled "Estes Park Estates", located in
the North St. Vraln area, across jthe highway from Pinex^'ood
Aprlngs area. The Subdivider stated that he would meet with
Larimer County Health officials|for water and sewage approval.
The preliminary plat appearing to be in order, Louis Canaiy
moved that it be given preliminary approval. Chas. Hix seconded
the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
Mr. Paul Van Horn, Engineer, appeared before the Commission
"Alpine Acres and outlined a proposed sub-division along the South St. Vrain
Sub. Div. " Highway, adjacent to the Estes Park Town limits, to be known as
Alpine Acres Subdivision. Mr. Van Horn stated that he would
proceed to prepare a preliminary
