Minutes of a regular meeting of The Estes Park Regional Planing Commission.
Meeting held in the Town Hall, Estes Park, Colo, on the 15th day of
September, 1964 at 4;00 P.M.
Present; Harry Miles, Chairman, Members N.T. Petrocine, Carl Swanson,
Val Vernard, Clarence G-illett, J.O. Mall, and James Bissell
Alternate. Verne H. Fanton, Secretary
Absent: R.C. Brodie, Louis Caniay, Chas. Hix, L»F. Flower,
Howard Stewart.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on August 18, 1964, read and approved
as read. .
LAZY B RANCH; !
Mr. Roy Romer, Attorney at Law, together with Mr. Schultes,
representing the North End Property Owners AGsociation appeared before
Commission. Mr. Romer reviewed his correspondence with *
Deputy County Attorney, regarding the operations of the L^y B Ba"°cti
Mr. Romer read the former North End Zoning Resolution, the F 0 1
of the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution, t
operations of the Lazy B Ranch, and stated that in hf® in direct

said motion carried and Instructed the Secretary accordingly.
There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and
carried that the meeting adjourn. ]
