Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Regional Planning
Commission, held in the Town Hall, on the 20th day of November, 1962
at 3;00 P.M.
Present; Harry Miles, Chairman, Val Bernard, Ronald Brodle, Joe
Connelly, Charles Hix, C*M» Hunter, J«0» Mall.
Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary, Trafton Bean, Larimer County
Planning Consultant.

Absent; Louis Canaiy, Carl Swanson. i
Minutes of the regular meeting held on September l8th, read and approved.
Chairman Miles declsj?ed the meeting open and!asked Mr. Trafton Bean to
proceed to review the proposed Larimer County Comprehensive Zoning
Resolution. The Resolution was reviewed in detail, all phases
discussed by the Commission, all Districts compared with the present
Resolution. A few changes in the proposed Resolution was discussed
by the Commission. The Commission decided to call a Special meeting
on Tuesday, November 2?th, at 3i00 P.M. in order to make final re«
commendations regarding the Comprehensive Resolution.

There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and
carried that the meeting adjourn.

together with Mr. Shultes and Mr. McCracken representing the North
End Zoning District, were present and observed the meeting.
