in the Tovm Hall, on the 21st day of February, 1967, at 3 p.m.
Present; Hany Miles, Chairman, Eti Anderson, Cleo Cooprider, Dale G. Hill,
Charles P. Hix, Prank McGraw, Richard Pohly, Howard Stewart.
Also
Present; Dwight Vftiitney, Larimer County Planning Consultant and Verne H. Fanton,
Secretary.
Absent; Ronald C. Brodie, Clarence Gillett, Dr. J. 0. Hall, James Bissell,
Carl Svjanson.
Minutes of the previous meeting v/ere read and approved as read.
Norb Aldrich, Ernie Robertson, Graydon Adrian, and Elmer Graham,
representing the Estes Park Local Development Corporation, appeared
before the Commission to submit and read a proposal requesting the
Commission to prepare a plan for additional long-range planning and
to employ the services of a professional planning oonsultant. Following
a detailed discussion regarding the proposal Richard Pohly moved
that the Commission accept the offer of assistance from this committee
and that Hr. Tafton Bean be invited to attend the next meeting and
the members of the committee present also be invited to attend.
Charles Hix seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion tinanimous-
ly carried.
The Secretary presented a plat entitled "Lander's Re-Subdivision",
submitted by^Paul Van Horn, proposing that Lot #112 and a portion
of Lot # 113 be re-subdivided into three separate lots. The plat
appearing to conform vrith the tovm ordinance, Charles Hix moved that
it be approved. Howard Stewart seconded the motion. Upon roll call
said motion carried by the follovang vote; Those voting "Yes" v^ere
Miles, Hill, Hix, Stevrart. Those voting "Ho", none.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
