Also present: Dale Hill, Town Administrator, Dwight Whitney, Larimer County Planner,
Venne H. Fanton, Secretary,
Absent: Henry Dannels, E.S, Erickson, Glenn Prosser,
A quorum was not present so no official business was conducted.

Mr, Steve Hopkins, representing the State Planning Office appeared and discussed

in detail, with those present, the plans being made by his office to assist The

Town with it's application for federal aid for planning under the ''70111 program.
