in the Town Hall, Estes Park, Colo* on the 21st day of January, 1969 at

Present: Henery Dannels, Chas. F. Hix, Carl Swanson,
Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary, Tralfton Bean, Town Planning
Consultant, Dwight VJhitney, Larimer Covinty Planner,
Absent: Harry Miles, Howard Stewart, E.S. Erickson.

A quorum not being present, no official business was conducted.
At the invitation of the Commission, about 25 merchants and property owners
appeared at the meeting to discuss the Central Shoping Area Report, prepard
by Mr, Trafton Bean, The report, together with display maps, was reviewed
by Mr, Bean, Mr, Norbert Aldrich, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce
Planning Committee, read and filed a report , commenting on Mr, Bean's
survey, A question and answer period followed, Mr, Bean stated that
additional surveys would be completed in the near future.
There being no further discussion, the meeting adjourned.
