Minutes of the regular meeting held on October 15, 1968, read and approved.
The Secretary reported that Mr. Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, had
notified him that Federal Aid Funds known as the " 70V' progr^f for a
planning study, should be available to the TownIby April, 1969-
