Tovm HaH, on May 21, 1968 at 4:00 P.M,
Present: Harry Miles Chairman, Henry Dannels, Chas, F, Hix, Howard Stewart,

Absent; R.C. Brodie, Carl Swanson, E.S, Erickson^
Minutes of the regular meeting held on April 16, read and approved as read.
The Secretary read a petition for rezoning, signed by Maude and Donald Fine,
requesting that a portion of Lot 20 of Little Prospect Addition to The Town of
Estes Park, Colora^ be rezoned from a R-1 Residence District to a C-1 Commercial
District, Chas, Hix moved that public notice be given that the Commission would
consider said request at the next regular meeting, Howard Stewart seconded the
motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
The Secretary read a petition for rezoning, signed by John C. Jones, Bert J,
McConnen and ^ra F, Keck, requesting that Lots 126, 141 and-142 of A1 Fresco
raace Subdivision within the Town of Estes Park, Colorado, be rezoned from
^*sidence^strlct to R-2 Multiple Family Residence District, Howard Stewart
, pub^c notice be given that the Commission would consider said request
at the next regular meeting. Henry Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call
said motion unanimously carried,

as local streets. Henry Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call said
motion unanimously carried,
VJhitney reported that Larimer County had adopted Subdivision
Regulations and a copy would be forwarded to the Commission.
