in the Tovm Hall on the l6th day of January, 1968, at 4:00 P,M#
Present: Harry Miles, Chairman, Henry Dannels, Chas, Hix, Carl Swanson,
Also Present: Verne H Fanton, Secretary, Dale Hill, Town Clerk,
Dwight Whitney, Larimer County Planning Consultant,
Absent: R,C, Brodie, Howard Stewart,
Minutes of the regular meeting held on December 19, 196?, read and approved,
Mr, Eugene PadPadbn together with Mrs, Ray Tidd appeared before the Commission
CARRIAGE and present a plat designated as " Carriage Hills, 5th Filing" consisting of
HILI5 152 one-half acre lots, and ask that it be given approval. After reviewing
5th Filing the plat and it appearing to be in order, Carl Swanson moved that this
Commission recommend to Larimer County that it be approved, Chas, Hix seconded
the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried,
Mr, Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant for the Town, appeared and presented
a series of 3* x 5* base maps of the Estes Park Downtown Area, in color,
TRAFTON showing the present land use in the various types of business, property
BEAN valuations, circulation and parking, etc, Mr, Bean reviewed all phases of
his work to date and the Commission reviewed the maps in detail. The
Commission expressed satisfaction with the work accomplished and instructed
Mr, Bean to proceed in accordance with his contract.
There being no fxxrther business, the meeting adjourned.
