Town Hall, on the 19th day of December, 1967 at 4:00 P.M,
Present: Harry Miles, Chairman, R.C. Brodie, Henry Dannels, Chas, Hlx, Howard Stewart,
Verne H, Fanton, Secretary^
Dwight VJhitney, Larimer County Planning Consultant.
Absent: Carl Swanson.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on November 21, 1967 read and approved,
Mr. Blrnbaum appeared before the Commission and presented a sub—division plat
entitled "Pinewood Springs, 9th Filing" and ask that it be given preliminary
approval. After reviewing the Plat and it appearing to be in order, Henry Dannels
moved that it be approved. Chas. Hix seconded the motion. Upon roll call said
motion unanimously carried,
Tne Secretary presented a statement for services rendered in the amount of _
$ 783,75, submitted by Mr, Trafton Bean, Howard Stewart moved that the Commission
recommend to the Town Board that payment be approved, Henry Dannels seconded the
motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
The Commission ask that Trafton Bean attend the next regular meeting.
The Commission, together with Mr, Di'ri.ght Whitney, held an open discussion °n
possible amendments to the County Zoning Ordinance, regarding zoned areas that
would permit futiu*e trailer and camp sites. No definite recommendations were
made at this time.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
