Town Hall on the 18th day of July, 1967 at 4:00 P.M.

Absent: Ronald Brodie, Carl Swanson.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on June 20, 1967 were read and approved as
read.
In accordance with action taken at the last regular meeting, the Commission pro
ceeded to study an outline for a central area study for Estes Park submitted by
Mr. Trafton Bean under date of May 5, 1967. The Secretary reported that Mr. Dwight
Whitney, Larimer County Planning Consultant, had informed him that Larimer County
could not share in the cost of the base map because of a conflict in the scale of
Town and County maps. Following a discussion, Charles Hix moved that this Commis
sion recommend to the Town Board that the Town proceed with Item A (Base Map) and
Item B (Economic Analysis) as listed in Mr. Bean's outline. Henry Dannels seconded
the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
