Minutes of the regular meeting held on January 18, 1966 read and approved as read.
The Chairman called the meeting to order and ask for a report on the proposed new
zoning district for Country Club Estates Subdivision, The Secretary reported that
a copy of the present zoning district together xd.th a copy of the proposed zoning
district had been mailed to every property owner in the sub-division, asking for
their approval or disapproval of the proposed new district. The Secretary presented
the written replies together with the following tabulation:

25 property owners (representing 28 lots) replied that they were in favor of the
new proposed zone.
There were no replies opposing the nevr zoning district
12 property ovmers did not reply to the written inquiry,
VJhereupon Louis Canaiy moved that this Commission recommend to the Town Board thafe
the Town Zoning Ordinance be amended to include this new proposed zone, Chas, Hix
seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote:
Those voting "Yes” Canaiy, Hix, Petrocine, Stewart, Those voting "No" none.
The Secretary read a letter from the Chamber of Commerce to the Town Board and
referred to the Planning Commission regarding the location of trailer camps.
The subject was a part of of Committee report submitted by James Bissell and set
over until the next meeting because of the absence of Chairman Harry Miles,

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
