Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Planning Commission, held in the Town Hall
on September 28, 1965 at 4:CX) P.M,

Chairman Miles introduced and welcomed Mr, Frank McGraw, appointed by Larimer County t*
represent the Estes Park area on the Larimer County Planning Commission,

In accordance with public notice published. Chairman Miles proceeded to conduct a
Public Hearing regarding a request to re-zone the Stanly Heists Addition B from
from a R 1 Residence area to a E 1 Estate District, Mr, Gene Green represented the
petitioners supporting the request. Following the hearing James Bissell moved that
this Commission reconmend to the Town Beard that the request be granted. Dr, I-Iall
seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried,
Mr. Robert Dekker appeared and ask approval for annexation of a 12 acre tract of land
in the S.E, 5 of Sec, 36, T 5 N, Following discussion Dr, Mall moved that this
Commission recommned to the Town Board that the request be granted, James Bissell
seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
The Secretary presented copies of a petition from property owners in tte area,
objecting to house trailers parked on the property of Mr, Frank Williams adjacent to
the Maryis Lake road. The Commission stated that if there were a violation of the
Zoning Resolution, to notify Mr, Williams accordingly.
