Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Planning Commission held on
the 17th day of November, 1964, In the Town Hall at 4:00 P.M*

At the Invitation of the Commission, Mr. E.Gordon Alderfer, Director
of the Estes Park Center for Research' and Education, appeared before
the Commission and reported on ways and means for preparing a master
lug long range plan for the community. At the conclusion, Clarence
Glllett moved that Mr. Alderfer obtain detail Information regarding
Federal Aid available for planning. James Blssell seconded the motion.
Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
Mr. Robert Altlck, representing the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce
appeared before the Commission, and stated that the County Commissioner
planed to oil some roads In this area during the commlng year,
and ask If this Commission would designate a preference. The
Commission stated the following:
The balance of the road connecting U.S. # 34 and #66,
Balance of Fish Greek road, |

Glen Haven to Drake. ■
There being no further business. It was regularly moved, seconded
and carried that the meeting adjourn.}
