Present: (Local Planning Commission Members) | Harry Miles, Chairman, Louis Canaly, Chas. F. Hlx, N-T. Petroclne. Absent: R.C. Brodie, Carl Swanson. Present; (Regional Ple.nning Commission Members) Clarence Glllett, Dr. J.O. Mall, Howard Stewart. Absent: Val Bernard, L.F. Flower, (Alternate, James Bissell)i Minutes of the regular meeting held on May 19>|1964, read and approved. REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION Mr. John Ramey appeared before the Commission and stated that a portion of the Spanier Subdivision located 2 miles VJest of Estes Park on Highway ^ 262, (formerly John Craig) had been used as a trailer camp for many years, tmt the present owner intended to improve the property to accomodate 15 trailers, that the site had been licensed each year by the State for trailer accomodations, and ask if present zoning permitted the trailer court to continue operations. The Commission reviewed the past operations, present operations and the Comprehensive Resolution. The decision of the Commission was that Mr. Ramey should present a plat of the site, showing thelsiz© and number of spaces together with a letterfrom a County Health authority outlining the sanitation facilities required for future operation. | LOCAL PLANNING COMMISSION Mr. Edward Hummer, Attorney at Law, appeared before the Commission and presented a corrected plat of Elkhorn Club Estates, and stated that the original plat was in considerable error regarding the surveying, and that this new plat was correct in every respect and in order. Louis Canaly moved that the plat be approved. N.T. Petroclne seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote; Those voting "Yes" Miles, Canaly, Hix and Petroclne. "No" none. The Secretary read a letter from Trafton Bean^ dated Jxine 3i 1964, regarding the possibility of architectural control of places of business. In general Mr. Bean stated that he knew of no city where'such a plan had been successful. There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
