Minutes of the regular meeting of the Estes Park Planning Commission
held in the Tovm Hall on the 18th day of September 1962 at 4:00 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting held on May 15, 1962 read and approved
as read, i
Mr, Richard Statham appeared before the Commission and filed an application
to re-zone a portion of Lot 30 and 31 of Riverside Sub-division from R-2
Multiple Family District to a C-2 Restricted Commercial District, The
Board conducted a lengthy discussion regarding the proposal and as a
result Lou Canaiy moved that public notice be given that the Commission
would conduct a hearing on the application at the next regular meeting,
Joe Connelly seconded the motion. Upon[roll call said motion unanimously
carried, j
In accordance with previous action of the Commission, Joe Connelly moved
that public notice be given that the Commission would consider the zoning
of Lot 12 South Saint Vrain Addition at[the next regular meeting.
C. F, Hix seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously
carried, |

The Secretary presented a plat of Venner‘s Ranch Estates for final
approval. The plat appearing to be corrected in accordance with the
Commissions suggestions, C, F, Hix moved that it be approved, C, M,
Hunter seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously
carried.
There being no further business it was regularly moved, seconded and
carried that the meeting adjourn, j
