Mall Minutes of the regular meeting held on November 21, |l96l vrere read and approved as read. i! Chairman Val Bernard opened the meeting and stated that in accordance -with public notice published the Commission vrould proceed to consider the zoning of various areas vri-thin the Town as advertised. The Secretary stated that the proposed zoning districts was in accordance mth the desires of the yarious property owners and that there vra.s no further correspondence on file and that! there were no persons present to be heard. C. F. Hix moved that the Commission recommend to the Tovm Council that the follomng properties be zoned in the following respective districts; i Lot 11, South Saint Vrain Addition, R-1 Residential District; i! Meyer Addition, R—2 Multiple Family District; Rock Acres Addition, R-2 Multiple Family District; Elkhorn Club Estates, R-1 Residential District; I Acacia Acres, R-1 Residential District. C. M. Hunter seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. In accordance with a request made at the l^st regular meeting the ^ecreta^ read a letter from Mr. Trafton Bean, Planning-Consultant, regarding proposed zoning of ^t 12 , Luth Saint Vrain Addition and Lots 32, 33, and 36 of Riverside Sub-division. llr. Bean suggested that the present C-1 Commercial District of the ordinance be amen e to provide for the present use of the above properties. The text of the recommendation wasPto make the present use a conforming use rather than create new zoning districts. MlcSiSf a SLLsion, G. F. moved that Hr. Clifford Fulton o»ner South Saint Vrain Addition be asked to meet viith the Commission at the regila March meeting in order to formulate a definite plan of zoning; also that Mr. G.H.
