Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Local Planning Commission
held in the Town Hall on the 24th day of January, 1961 at 4:00 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting held on October 18, I960 read and approved
as read.
Mr, Henry Dannels, together with Frank Humphrey,, registered land serveyor,
appeared before the Commission and presented a Plat in final form for the
re-subdivision of Lot 1 of Dannel's Addition to|the Town of Estes Park
designated as "Peak View Addition;" the Plat having been given preliminary
approval on October 18th, and the Plat appearing to be in order, C, M.
Hunter moved that the Plat be given final approval, Louis Canaiy seconded
the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
Mr, Clifford Johnson, representing the Elkhorn Corporation, appeared before
the Commission and filed a Plat consisting of a| 48 acre residential subdivision
for annexation to the Town, Following discussion and the review of the Plat
in detail, N, L. Bartlett moved that the Plat be given preliminary approval
providing the proposed corporate limits on the North of the subdivision
coincide with the established state highway right of way, and providing further
that additional negotiations be made regarding the track of ground to be
dedicated to the Town for public use. C. F. Hix seconded the motion.
Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried,!
There being no further business, it was regularly moved seconded and
carried that the meeting adjourn. i ’
