RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park'Local Planning Commission
held in the Town Hall on the 21st day of March 1961,

Minutes of the regular meeting held on January 24th, 1961 read and approved
as read.
Mr. Clifford Johnson representing the Elkhom Corporation appeared before the
Commission and submitted a Plat of Elkhom Club Estates Subdivision for final
approval. After reviewing the Plat, C. F. Hix moved that the Plat be
final approval and that recommendation be made that the subdivision
be annexed to the Town of Estes Park. Andy Jones seconded the motion.
Upon roll call said motion vinanimously carried,
Mr. Ray Moutoux appeared before the Commission and submitted a proposed
Plat for the re-subdivision of Lot 11 South St. Vrain Addition. The
Commission reviewed the Plat and recommended that the street as shown
on the extreme west of the subdivision be extended south through Lot 12
of South St. Vrain Addition, C, F, Hix then moved that the Plat be given
preliminary approval, J, 0. Mall seconded the motion. Upon roll call
said motion unanimously carried, i
The secretary read a petition signed by four property owners in Grand
Estates Addition requesting certain lots in Grand Estates Addition be re
zoned from existing C-2 restricted commercial district to R-1 residential
district. Andy Jones moved that the secretary publish legal notice for
a hearing to be held regarding the proposed re-zoning. C. F, Hix
seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried,

There being no further business, it was regulirly moved, seconded, and
carried that the meeting adjourn.
