Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 21, and the Special meeting
held on March 28, 196?, read and approved as read,

Mr, J,R, McKelvey appeared before the Commission and filed a request to re-zone
the "Rocky Acres Addition to the Town of Estes Park" from the existing R 2
Multiple Family Residence District to a C 2 Restricted Commercial District,
Dale Hill moved that the Secretary give public notice that the Commission
would hold a public hearing regarding the request at the next regular meeting,
Carl Swanson seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried,

The Commission discussed the recommendation made at the last Special meeting,
regarding professional services for additional planning for the Town of Estes Park,
Mr, Dwight Whitney reported that Mr, Wilson Leeper of Wellington, Colorado, was
well versed in all phases of Federal Aid and would be willing to meet with the
Commission and furnish further detail information, Howard Stewart moved that
Mr, Leeper be invited to attend the next regular meeting, Carl Swanson seconded
the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried,

There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried
that the meeting adjourn.
