Meeting held in the Tovm Hall On the 20th day of September, 1966 at 4:00 P.M,
Present: Carl Svranson, Chairman Pro Tern, Eti Anderson, James Bissell, R,C. Brodie,
Cleo Cooprider, Dale Hill, Chas, Hix, Richard Pohly, Howard Stewart,
Absent: Harrjr Miles, C^-arence Gillett, J,0, Mall, Frank McGraw,

REGIONAL PLANNING CQ-EMISSICN
CEDAR PARK Mr. Paul E, Radasch appeared before the Commission and presented a plat
PLAT entitled " Cedar Park Subdivision" 4th Filing, and ask that it be given
4th FILING final approval. Following the review of the plat, and it appearing to be
in order, James Bissell moved that it be given final approval, Eti Anderson
seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried,
LOCAL PLANNING COMISSION
RE ZONE The Chairman stated that the Commission would proceed to conduct a public
DANNEIE hearing regarding the application submitted by Stanley Saylor and Henry
HIGH ACRES Bernard Dannels to re-zone the High Acres Subdivision from the present
R - 2 District to a R - 1 District, The Secretary reported that public
notice had been published, that no correspondence was on file and that
there were no persons present to be heard, Chas, Hix moved that this
Commission recommend to the Town Board that the petition be granted,^
Howard Stewart seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried
by the following vote: Those voting "Yes" Hill, Brodie, Swanson, Hix,
Stewart, Those voting "no" none.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
