Minutes of the regular meeting held on May 17, 1966 read and approved.
Vice Chairman Carl Swanson, declared that a quaiaim was not present for the Regional
Commission,
Members of the local commission proceeded to conduct a public

and that no correspondence regarding the proposal was on file, Mr. O.K. Rich ^
Banks appeared and spoke opposing the petition re-aone Ed”'^

members S the Leal Commission were present, that the question be set
'thfneL re^lar meeting. Chas. Hix seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion
unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
