Present:Chairman Putney, Commissioners Henderson, Jarolimek, Steige,
Swank, Wasson, Widmer
Also Attending: Executive Director Smith, Steve Szymanski of Szymanski/Ray, Deputy
Town Clerk van Deutekom
Chairman Putney called the special meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. It was moved and
seconded (Swank/Steige) the Board adjourn to Executive Session to discuss
project negotiation strategies. Those voting “yes”: Widmer, Wasson, Jarolimek,
Swank, Putney, Steige, and Henderson. Those voting “no”: none. Chairman Putney
adjourned the special meeting at 8:01 a.m. The next regular meeting will be August 18,
1999 at 8:00 a.m.
