Chairman Gunn called the meeting to order at 8;00 a.m.
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION.
None.
MINUTES.
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 20, 1998 were accepted as
presented.
COMMISSIONER REPORTS/COMMENTS.
No report.
ADMINISTRATIVE COMMUNICATIONS.
No report.
PROJECT REPORTS/ACTIONS.
Brownfield Project - Final Report. Director Anderson Reported
that this project has been completed, and inspecte^ ^ ill be

Director Anderson requested an Executive Session to discuss
developer negotiation strategies, thus it was moved and

by roll call vote, it passed unanimously.
Following completion of all agenda items. Chairman Gunn adjourned
the meeting at 8;05 a.m.

Chairman Gunn called the special meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
It was moved the Board adjourn to Executive Session to discuss land
negotiation/acquisition. Those voting "yes": Gunn, Putney, Steige,
Swank, and Wasson. Those voting "no": None. Chairman Gunn
adjourned the meeting at 8:01 a.m.
