"^^nSd6 "/hf ESp'S5iiOnBoaGrrdandfo0rP6?Si BRADFORD PUBLISHING CO.RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Estes Park Urban Renewal Authority, October 16, 1996 - Page 2 COMMISSIONER AND COMMITTEE REPORTS Commissioner Wasson reported his attendance at the Municipal Parking Lot Construction meetings as both the EPURA Liaison and the Library Representative, and added that the cooperation among all parties involved is exceptional. Commissioner Steige reported that the Business Advocates have nominated the Estes Park community for the Governor's Excellence in Arts Award. A listing of Tentative Committee Assignments was presented; Putney: Swank: Klaphake: Henderson; Wasson: Steige: Gunn: Anderson; Comprehensive Plan, Special Research Studies, Transportation. Riverwalk, other walkways. Bond Park, bike paths. Open space and Liaison for Town Board, Business Advocates, Stanley Historic District. Signage and Liaison for Town Finance Office, Town Budget Committee. Capital projects. Liaison with Town staff, maintenance projects, parking lots, special studies. Bike paths, public art/relations projects. Miscellaneous purchases. Liaison with Town and Stanley Hotel, Special programs/projects such as the Knoll, assist Commissioners and Administration as needed. As per Job Description. AUTHORITY BUSINESS 1997 Budget Presentation; Director Anderson reviewed the proposed budget, which will be adopted by the Board at their regular meeting scheduled for December 4, 1996. There being no further business, it was moved the Board adjourn to Executive Session to discuss property negotiations. Those voting "yes": Gunn, Klaphake, Steige, and Wasson. Those voting "no": none. Following completion of all agenda items. Chairman Gunn adjourned the meeting at 8:12 a.m. The next meeting is scheduled for November 20 at 8:00 a.m. Tina Kuehl, Deputy Town Clerk
