The meeting was called to order at 8:31 a.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
It was moved and seconded (Swank-Henderson) that the Board adjourn
to Executive Session to discuss negotiations concerning the
Riverwalk. A roll call vote was taken. Those voting Yes: Vice
Chairman Pohl, Commissioners Garrett, Henderson, Klaphake, and
Swank. Those voting No: None. The meeting adjourned at 8:32 a.m.
