Chairman Pauley called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M.
Minutes of the January 3, 1991 meeting were approved as submitted.
BILLS
It was moved and seconded (Henderson-Klaphake) the bills be paid.
Motion carried.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Commissioner Henderson requested and the Board concurred, the
December 1990 Treasurer's Report be tabled until the February 7,
1991 regular meeting.
LIAISON
Commissioner Klaphake noted preparation of the Existing Zoning Map
for the Knoll/Birch-Bikle area is proceeding and is anticipated to
be published next week.
Regular joint meetings between the Town/EPURA Boards will be
scheduled in the near future.
STAFF
USA Construction has hired a consulting engineer to review Wright
Water Engineers, Inc.'s plans for Phase I of the riverwalk.
Bid packages for repair of the Big Thompson riverbank were mailed
to four firms. A walkthrough of the area is scheduled for January
24 and bids are due February 4, 1991.
There being no further business. Chairman Pauley adjourned the
meeting at 8:45 A.M.
