Henderson to the STAFF 1) Director Anderson noted the URA office supply of Mountain Legacy brochures is depleted and requested permission to order an additional 2,000 brochures at a cost of $567.00. Minor changes, i.e. contact point, telephone number, will be made prior to ordering. It was moved and seconded (Klaphake-Ericson) staff be authorized to order 2,000 color brochures describing the Mountain Legacy collectible pieces and distribution of such brochures be targeted for maximum impact. Motion carried. 2) It is anticipated the Riverwalk will be completed by Labor Day with landscaping completion by mid-September. 3) Streetlight globes are scheduled to arrive early next week. All streetlights should be in place by Labor Day. Commissioner Hondius will measure the Riv^rw^lk from East Riverside Drive to the Conference Center. This information will be used to develop a measured walkway. Commissioner Klaphake noted Riverwalk entry points should be marked "no bicycles", thereby reducing the possibility of bicycle/pedestrian accidents at various "blind spots" in the walkway. Following discussion, the Board requested staff determine various ways in which this potential problem could be alleviated. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. ^ Secretary
