STAFF
Cleave Street West Parking Lot construction is completed,
permitting use of the lot on or before Monday, June 11, 1990. Lot
landscaping and irrigation completion is expected prior to July 4,
1990.
Big Thompson Riverwalk construction is behind schedule, due to a
significant amount of utility undergroundings, particularly at East
Riverside Park. Staff has instructed R. C. Heath Construction to
concentrate its efforts on East Riverside Park at the project's
West end and, at Barlow Plaza, with anticipated substantial
completion of those areas on or before July 4, 1990.
The Town has signed a license with the Bureau of Reclamation
allowing public use of seventy parking spaces at the Powerplant
Parking Lot. Commissioner Pohl suggested merchants be notified
that this lot is available for employee parking.
Streetlights will be delivered on or before July 16, 1990.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
