Chairman Pauley called the meeting to order.

Estes Park Urban Renewal Authority - April 5, 1990 - Page Two
on EPURA's existing phone line, with the possibility for future
upgrade. Motion carried.
STAFF
Phase I construction is approximately three weeks behind schedule
due to work beneath the East Riverside Drive Bridge and design of
the deck at the 3 00 Building. This will not affect Heath's
construction startup date of April 16, 1990.
Staff will meet with Heath next week to obtain a construction
schedule and coordinate work with the Barlow Plaza project.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
