Chairman Pauley called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M.
It was moved and seconded (Godbolt-Swank) the meeting adjourn to
Executive Session to discuss negotiation strategy regarding
potential property acguisition. Those voting Yes: Commissioners
Godbolt, Henderson, Klaphake, Pohl, Swank. Those voting No: None.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman
Pauley adjourned the meeting to Executive Session at 8:35 A.M.
