Acting Chairman Henderson called the special meeting to order at
5:15 p.m.
RESOLUTION NO. 246 - RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT
Bids for construction of the Municipal Parking Lot were received
from:
Jim's Construction Materials $231,322.09
ALT.Town keeps material* (3,000 yds.) $249,322.09
Kitchen & Company $236,641.50

* Donation to Town by Authority of removed material
as fill for the construction of the Estes Lake Bike Path.
Director Anderson read the resolution. It was moved and seconded
(Putney-Wasson) the following contracts totaling $472,948.50 be
awarded for the reconstruction of the Municipal Parking Lot, and it
passed unanimously:
Kitchen & Co. (grading) ALT. 1
Cornerstone Concrete (concrete work)
Western Mobile (asphalt)
Van Horn (Surveying & Project Management)

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
The next regular meeting is scheduled for October 16 at 8:00 a.m.
