Chairman Gunn called the special meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
It was moved the Board adjourn to Executive Session to discuss
development negotiations. Those voting "yes": Gunn, Henderson,
Putney, Steige, Swank, and Wasson. Those voting "no": None.
Chairman Gunn adjourned the meeting at 8:31 a.m. The next regular
meeting will be April 15, 1998, at 8:00 a.m.
